Ingredients
  

Pizza Roll Fillings
  • 1 pack pepperoni Use thinly sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella Freshly shredded preferred
  • 1 cup pizza sauce Use sparingly to avoid leakage
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken For chicken parmesan vibe
  • 2 tablespoons marinara sauce For additional flavor with chicken
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers Sauté before using
  • 1/2 cup sliced olives Add to veggie filling
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms Sauté before using to reduce moisture
  • 1 cup pickled jalapenos For a spicy filling
Roll Preparation
  • 1 pack store-bought dough or crescent rolls Use as a base for pizza rolls
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter For brushing before baking
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For added flavor
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano For seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the dough and cut into squares or circles.
  3. Add your desired filling into the center of each piece of dough.
  4. Seal the edges tightly to prevent leakage during baking.
  5. Brush with olive oil or melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and oregano.
  6. Place the rolls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Let the pizza rolls rest for about 3 minutes before serving to cool slightly.

Notes

Experiment with different fillings and sauces. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best results.
