Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 4 whole Whole dill pickles, cold and crisp Pickles should be well-dried.
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened Leave out for 20-30 minutes or microwave for a few seconds to soften.
  • 8 slices Deli ham or favorite deli meat Choose a medium slice that rolls easily.
Optional Seasonings
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder Optional, for added flavor.
  • 1 tsp Onion powder Optional, for added flavor.
  • 1 tsp Everything seasoning Optional, for added flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Pat the pickles dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. Lay out the slices of deli meat on a clean surface.
  3. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese over the deli meat.
  4. Place a pickle at one end of the deli meat and roll it up snugly.
  5. Slice the roll into 1-inch pieces. Clean the knife between cuts if necessary.

Notes

These roll-ups can be made ahead of time and kept in the fridge. They taste better after chilling. Recommended to serve cold and consume within a few hours for best texture.
