Preparation
- Pat the pickles dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Lay out the slices of deli meat on a clean surface.
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese over the deli meat.
- Place a pickle at one end of the deli meat and roll it up snugly.
- Slice the roll into 1-inch pieces. Clean the knife between cuts if necessary.
Notes
These roll-ups can be made ahead of time and kept in the fridge. They taste better after chilling. Recommended to serve cold and consume within a few hours for best texture.
