  • 1 lb Pizza dough Store-bought is fine; let it sit out for 20 to 30 minutes if refrigerated.
  • 1 cup Dill pickle chips or sandwich slices Dry well if extra juicy.
  • 8 oz Mozzarella cheese Keep it melty and simple.
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese Optional, for added salty kick.
Dill Ranch White Sauce Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Base for the sauce.
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream Base for the sauce.
  • 1 tbsp Pickle brine For added flavor.
  • 1 tbsp Dried dill Fresh dill can be used if available.
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced For flavor.
  • 1 tsp Onion powder For flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F to 500°F. If using a pizza stone or steel, preheat it as well.
  2. Pat the pickle slices dry with paper towels to reduce moisture.
  3. Stretch the pizza dough on parchment paper, brushing the outer edge with olive oil or melted butter.
Assembly
  1. Spread the dill ranch white sauce over the dough.
  2. Add the mozzarella cheese, then the pickles, and any extras like bacon or onion.
Baking
  1. Bake the pizza until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbling, about 10 to 14 minutes.
  2. Allow to rest for 2 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For extra flavor, add fresh chopped dill after baking. Serve with your choice of dipping sauces for added enjoyment.
