- Toast the bread until deeply golden so it can hold up to the burrata and peach juices.
- Add burrata by tearing it open and placing it on the warm toast. Let it sit for a minute to get slightly melty.
- Layer peach slices on top or to the side of the burrata. If using a juicy peach, fan the slices on top and allow the juice to soak in.
- Finish by drizzling olive oil, adding honey, flaky salt, black pepper, and any fresh herbs like basil or mint. Optionally, sprinkle chili flakes for heat.
Notes
Serve burrata at room temperature for best flavor. Pair the toast with something sweet and salty for balance.
