For the Pretzel Bites
  • 2 cups Small pretzels (mini twists, waffle snaps, or small squares)
  • 1 cup Candy melts in red, white, and blue (or just white plus sprinkles)
  • 1/2 cup Sprinkles in patriotic colors
For Assembly
  • 1 sheet Parchment paper For lining the baking sheet
  • 1 Microwave safe bowl or mug For melting candy
  • 1 spoon Spoon or small piping bag To drizzle candy melts

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt candy melts in the microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring each time until smooth.
Assembly
  1. Dip or drizzle the pretzels in melted candy, then immediately add sprinkles.
  2. Let them set at room temperature or pop them in the fridge for 10 minutes.

Notes

Keep them in an airtight container for 3 to 5 days. Store in the fridge if it's warm but let them come to room temp before serving. Use parchment paper between layers if stacking.
