Mixing
- Stir the cocoa powder into the milk and yogurt until smooth and chocolatey.
- Add the rolled oats, chia seeds, salt, and sweetener, then swirl in the peanut butter.
Refrigeration
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
Serving
- In the morning, stir the mixture and add a splash of milk if desired for a looser consistency.
Notes
Overnight oats can be heated in a microwave if you prefer a warm breakfast. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days for best texture.
