Gravy Preparation
- In the same skillet, keep some drippings if available, then add flour and stir until smooth.
- Slowly add beef broth while whisking until the gravy thickens.
- Add a splash of Worcestershire sauce to deepen the flavor.
Assembly
- Serve the rice as the base in bowls.
- Top with a beef patty, pour gravy over the patty, and finally, add a fried egg on top.
