Preparation
- Juice your lemons and strain the juice if desired.
- In a pitcher, stir together the lemon juice and lavender syrup.
- Add the cold water and stir again.
- Pour in lots of ice, then taste. Adjust sweetness with more syrup or sugar dissolved in warm water as needed.
- If you want bubbles, swap half the water for sparkling water right before serving.
Notes
Chill the lemonade for at least 30 minutes to blend flavors. Roll lemons on the counter before cutting for easier juicing.
