  • 1 pound Shrimp Toss with honey, lime juice, and chili flakes.
  • 4 ears Corn Grill in husk or on grates.
  • 8 ounces Hot dogs For taco-style hot dogs.
Sides
  • 1 medium Watermelon Cube for watermelon feta salad.
  • 4 ounces Feta cheese Crumbled for salad.
  • 4 cups Shredded cabbage For creamy coleslaw.

Preparation
  1. Mix sauces, chop toppings, and prepare the side dishes 2 to 4 hours before guests arrive.
  2. Marinate proteins and chill drinks.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the grill 1 hour before serving.
  2. Grill the chicken thighs, burgers, and shrimp last to ensure freshness.
  3. Toast buns and serve with toppings right before eating.

Notes
