Meatball Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Use gluten-free for a gluten-free version.
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic is best.
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Optional for extra flavor.
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
Optional Add-ins
  • 1 tsp chili flakes For a spicy kick.
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped For Mediterranean flavor.
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika For added depth of flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, parsley, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place on a lined baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden.

Notes

These meatballs freeze well for meal prep. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for longer storage. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
