Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, parsley, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place on a lined baking sheet.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden.
Notes
These meatballs freeze well for meal prep. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for longer storage. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
