Preparation
- Pour 1 cup of water into the Instant Pot.
- Place the trivet inside and set the eggs on the trivet in a single layer if you can, but stacking a little is fine.
- Close the lid and set the valve to sealing.
Cooking
- Cook on High Pressure for 5 minutes.
- When the timer ends, let the pot sit for 5 minutes. Do nothing, just breathe.
- After 5 minutes, carefully release the remaining pressure (quick release).
Cooling & Peeling
- Move eggs straight into an ice bath for 5 minutes.
- Peel and enjoy, or store them for later.
Notes
Store unpeeled eggs in a covered container in the fridge for up to 7 days. For peeled eggs, store in a container with a lid and add a dry paper towel.
