Main Ingredients
  • 1 package OREO cookies, regular or double stuf
  • 12 pieces Chocolate kisses or any cone shaped chocolate
  • 1 cup Melting wafers or chocolate chips for glue
  • 1/2 cup Mini M and Ms, sprinkles, or icing for the band
  • 1 sheet Parchment paper

Method
 

Assembly
  1. Lay the Oreos on parchment paper.
  2. Melt a small amount of chocolate in the microwave in short bursts, stirring every time until smooth.
  3. Add a small dot of melted chocolate to the center of each Oreo and press a chocolate kiss on top.
  4. Add one mini M and M or sprinkle strip on the front of the kiss to create a hat band.

Notes

Let the cookies set for 20 to 30 minutes at room temperature and store in a single layer in an airtight container. Can be customized with different chocolate types and Oreo flavors.
