For serving
  • 1 ball burrata cheese Use at room temperature for better creaminess.

  • to taste flaky salt For finishing touches.
For the vinaigrette
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Start with a base for the dressing.
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar or lemon juice Adjust tanginess based on preference.

Method
 

Grilling the Peaches
  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium high.
  2. Cut the peaches in halves or thick wedges.
  3. Brush the peach cut sides lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
  4. Grill peaches for 1 to 3 minutes per side until charred.
  5. Remove peaches and let them cool before assembling the salad.
Assembling the Salad
  1. On a serving platter, arrange mixed greens.
  2. Add the grilled peaches.
  3. Tear the burrata over the top.
  4. Drizzle with the vinaigrette just before serving.
  5. Finish with a sprinkle of flaky salt.

Notes
