For the dough

For brushing
  • 2 tablespoons butter Melted for brushing on top
  • 1 clove garlic Minced and mixed with melted butter

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, chopped bacon, shredded parmesan cheese, and minced garlic to create the filling.
  3. Open the canned biscuit dough and separate it into individual pieces.
Assembly
  1. Take a piece of biscuit dough and flatten it slightly in your hand.
  2. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the cheeseburger filling onto the center of the dough.
  3. Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal tightly, ensuring no filling escapes.
  4. Repeat the process for the remaining dough and filling.
Baking
  1. Place the filled bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic and brush it generously over the tops of the bombs.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Notes

For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. To reheat, use the oven at 350°F for 8-10 minutes for best crispiness.
