Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, chopped bacon, shredded parmesan cheese, and minced garlic to create the filling.
- Open the canned biscuit dough and separate it into individual pieces.
Assembly
- Take a piece of biscuit dough and flatten it slightly in your hand.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the cheeseburger filling onto the center of the dough.
- Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal tightly, ensuring no filling escapes.
- Repeat the process for the remaining dough and filling.
Baking
- Place the filled bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic and brush it generously over the tops of the bombs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. To reheat, use the oven at 350°F for 8-10 minutes for best crispiness.
