Preparation
- Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Place the pork chops in the slow cooker.
- Pour the cream soup or gravy mix and broth over the pork chops.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the pork chops are tender.
- If the gravy is too thin, mix cornstarch with cold water and stir it into the crockpot; cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until thickened.
Notes
Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, roasted green beans, salad, or buttery corn for a complete meal. Can add sour cream or cream cheese near the end for a creamier gravy.
