Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, pour in the heavy whipping cream.
- Using a hand mixer, whip the cream until it reaches soft peaks.
- Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk until combined.
- Sift the unsweetened cocoa powder into the bowl, then fold in gently until fully incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture into serving dishes or a large bowl.
Chilling
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 to 2 hours.
Notes
For an impressive dessert, serve in glasses and top with cocoa dust, shaved chocolate, or a pinch of flaky salt. Can be made up to 24 hours in advance.
