  • 12 pieces Slider rolls Hawaiian rolls or any slider buns
  • 8 large Eggs Scrambled gently so they don't dry out
  • 1 pound Breakfast sausage Patties or cooked sausage crumbles
  • 8 ounces Cheese Cheddar, pepper jack, provolone, or American
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Brushed on top for a golden finish
  • 1 teaspoon Salt For seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper For seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder For seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the sausage patties in a skillet until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  3. Scramble the eggs gently in the same skillet. Remove them while still slightly glossy.
  4. Slice the pack of slider rolls in half and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  5. Layer cooked sausage over the bottom half of the rolls.
  6. Add the scrambled eggs on top of the sausage.
  7. Layer the cheese over the eggs.
  8. Place the top half of the slider rolls on top.
  9. Brush melted butter mixed with a pinch of garlic powder over the top of the rolls.
  10. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month. Reheat in the oven or toaster oven for best results. You can also prepare them ahead by assembling and chilling or baking and reheating.
