Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour You can use half whole wheat flour if desired.
  • 1 scoop Protein powder Unflavored or lightly flavored whey or collagen powder works well.
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder For lift.
  • 0.5 tsp Salt For flavor.
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder For flavor.
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Plain, thick yogurt for moisture and extra protein.
  • 2 large Eggs Helps bind and adds richness.
Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar is preferred, but any cheese that melts well can be used.
Add-ins (optional)
  • 1 cup Cooked turkey sausage crumbles Optional for extra protein.
  • 1 cup Chopped spinach Optional for added nutrients.
  • 1 cup Diced peppers Optional for additional flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, protein powder, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients: Greek yogurt and eggs.
  4. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in the shredded cheese and any additional add-ins if using.
  6. Scoop the mixture onto the lined baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until golden.

Notes

Let the biscuits cool before storing to prevent them from becoming soggy. Individually wrap them for easy grab-and-go breakfasts.
