- Preheat your oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
- Pat the fish dry with paper towels to help seasonings stick.
- Place the fillets on the pan and drizzle with olive oil or brush with melted butter.
- Season generously with lemon pepper seasoning, garlic, and optional salt and paprika.
- Add lemon zest over the top and squeeze fresh lemon juice on right before baking.
- Bake for 10 to 14 minutes, checking for flakiness and opaque appearance.
