  • 2 medium Zucchini Medium zucchinis are best; avoid large ones as they can be watery.
  • 1 tablespoon Oil Olive oil or avocado oil, use a light hand.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt For drawing moisture and flavor.
  • Seasonings Garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and Italian seasoning or to taste.
  • 2 tablespoons Optional cheese Parmesan for added flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the zucchini thin, about 1/8 inch.
  2. Salt the slices lightly and let them sit for 10 minutes to pull out moisture.
  3. Pat them dry with paper towels.
  4. Toss with a small amount of oil and your chosen seasonings.
  5. Arrange the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cooking
  1. Air fry at 350°F, flipping or shaking once, until browned at the edges, around 10 to 14 minutes.
  2. Let them cool for a few minutes to crisp up.

Notes

It's important to dry the zucchini thoroughly and not overcrowd the air fryer for best results. Try seasoning variations such as Parmesan garlic or lemon pepper.
