Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer if required by your model.
- Cut potatoes into even chunks around 1 inch. Toss with olive oil and seasoning.
- Air fry potatoes at 380°F for 10 to 12 minutes to get them started.
- While the potatoes begin cooking, pat chicken dry and coat with olive oil and spice blend.
Cooking
- After 10 to 12 minutes, remove the potatoes and scoot them to the sides of the basket.
- Place the chicken breasts in the center of the basket.
- Continue cooking for another 9 to 12 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through.
- Check chicken doneness with a thermometer, aiming for 165°F.
- If necessary, leave potatoes in for extra minutes while chicken rests.
Notes
Serve with greens, sauces, or as a bowl-style dish with additional vegetables. Let chicken rest for 3 to 5 minutes before slicing to retain juices.
