- Spray your crockpot with a little nonstick spray or use a liner for easy cleanup.
- Add the chicken in a single layer. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper on top for added flavor.
- In a bowl, whisk together the gravy packets, cream of chicken soup, and broth until smooth. Pour it over the chicken.
- Cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours or HIGH for 3 to 4 hours, with low being preferable for more tender chicken.
- Shred the chicken right in the crockpot with two forks, then stir everything together. Let it sit for 10 minutes with the lid on to thicken the gravy.
- Spoon the chicken and gravy over the rice generously.
