  • 2 cups cooked chicken, sliced or chopped Leftover rotisserie or store-bought tenders work well.
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked until crisp
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce or coleslaw mix
  • 1 large roma tomato, seeded and diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or pepper jack
  • to taste ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon butter or a touch of oil for toasting

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Warm the tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet for a few seconds until flexible.
  2. Lay each tortilla flat and fill with chicken down the center, followed by bacon, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and drizzle with ranch.
  3. Fold and roll each tortilla tightly to keep the fillings secure.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium with butter or oil. Place the wrap seam side down and toast for 1 to 2 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
  5. Let the wrap rest for 1 minute before slicing in half for easy eating.

Notes

For extra flavor, season fresh chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toasting the wraps is key to achieving a crispy texture. Serve with crunchy sides or a fresh salad.
