Preparation
- In a medium bowl, stir together softened cream cheese and crumbled feta until mostly smooth.
- Fold in dried cranberries and green onions. If using chopped nuts, add them now.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread a thick, even layer of the filling all the way to the edges.
- Roll the tortilla up tightly like a jelly roll.
- Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to overnight.
- Slice into 1 inch pieces and serve.
Notes
Best served fresh, but can be made 24 hours ahead of time and stored in the fridge. Leftovers can be kept in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
