Preparation

- Roll each tortilla tightly to form a log.
- Wrap the rolled tortillas tightly in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Slicing
- Remove the rolled tortillas from the fridge and unwrap them.
- Using a sharp serrated knife, slice the rolls into pinwheels, about 1 inch thick.
- Arrange pinwheels on a plate and serve.
Notes
