  • 4 large flour tortillas Best for rolling
  • 8 oz cream cheese Let sit out to soften for easier spreading
  • 1 cup dried cranberries For sweetness
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese For tanginess
  • 2 tablespoons green onions Optional, for added flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Spread a layer of softened cream cheese evenly over each tortilla.
  2. Sprinkle dried cranberries, crumbled feta, and green onions over the cream cheese layer.
  3. Press down gently to ensure the toppings stick.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly to form a log.
  5. Wrap the rolled tortillas tightly in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Slicing
  1. Remove the rolled tortillas from the fridge and unwrap them.
  2. Using a sharp serrated knife, slice the rolls into pinwheels, about 1 inch thick.
  3. Arrange pinwheels on a plate and serve.

Notes

These pinwheels can be prepared the night before for easier serving. Do not slice until ready to serve to avoid dryness. Pair with sparkling beverages for a festive touch.
