Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a casserole dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), and ranch seasoning until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, cooked pasta or rice, most of the cheese, and bacon if using. Taste before adding salt.
- Spread the mixture into the greased casserole dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Baking
- Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges are bubbling and the top is golden.
- Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving to thicken and cool slightly.
Notes
This casserole is flexible – feel free to add veggies or adjust the cheese for a lighter version. Great as leftovers!
