  • 1 cup butter, softened Use unsalted for better control of sweetness and saltiness.
  • 1/4 cup honey Best at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar This gives the butter its sweet and creamy texture.
  • 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon Adjust according to taste preference.
  • 1 pinch salt Optional but helps enhance flavor.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, add the softened butter and whip for about 1 minute until fluffy.
  2. Add in the honey, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and optional salt.
  3. Mix until fully smooth and lighter in color.
  4. Taste the butter and adjust sweetness with more powdered sugar or cinnamon if desired.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.

Notes

Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week. Let sit for 15 minutes before serving to soften for easy spreading. It can also be frozen for longer storage by shaping into a log wrapped in plastic wrap.
