Method
 

Baking Cupcakes

Preparing Frosting
  1. Make buttercream or cream cheese frosting, achieving a stable consistency suitable for decorating.
Decorating Cupcakes

  2. Pipe the frosting into small bulb shapes on top of the cupcakes.
  3. Add small colorful candy pieces to resemble Christmas lights.

Notes
