Ingredients

For the Meatballs
  • 24 ounces Frozen homestyle meatballs Easiest and most consistent option
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup Whole berry cranberry sauce Provides texture and holiday flavor
  • 1 cup Chili sauce Gives tang without spice
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar or honey Optional, if you prefer a sweeter sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Orange juice Optional, for added brightness

Method

Preparation
  1. Add cranberry sauce and chili sauce to the slow cooker and stir.
  2. Add frozen fully cooked meatballs.
  3. Cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours or HIGH for 1.5 to 2.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Switch to WARM before serving and set out toothpicks.
Serving and Enjoying
  1. Serve with toothpicks and a bowl of extra sauce on the side.
  2. Pair with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.

Notes

For best results, simmer gently and avoid boiling to prevent sauce from thickening. Use a wide pan for stove-top preparation to heat sauce evenly.
