Ingredients
  

For the Wrap
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, chopped Rotisserie chicken works best.
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped Use crisp romaine.
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing Use your favorite store-bought or homemade.
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Freshly grated is preferable.
  • 1/2 cup Croutons, crushed Crushed to fit into the wrap.
  • 2 large Tortillas Burrito size for easier folding.
  • 1 pinch Salt Enhances flavor.
  • 1 pinch Black pepper Enhances flavor.
Optional Additions
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice For a brighter bite.
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder For extra savoriness.
  • a few drops Hot sauce If you like a kick.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chop the romaine into small pieces and the cooked chicken into small bite-size bits. Crush the croutons.
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken, romaine, parmesan, croutons, and Caesar dressing. Start with a small amount of dressing and add more as needed.
  3. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Adjust flavors with lemon juice or more parmesan if necessary.
  4. Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 10-15 seconds or in a dry pan.
  5. Spoon the chicken Caesar mix into the center of each tortilla, fold in the sides, and roll up tight like a burrito.
Serving
  1. Enjoy immediately or let sit seam side down for a minute to hold its shape better.

Notes

For meal prep, keep the chopped chicken and romaine ready but store dressing and croutons separately until ready to consume. Adjust the dressing to avoid sogginess.
