  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese Provides salty, nutty flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese (optional) Add during the last minutes of cooking for melting.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Boil pasta in salted water until just cooked. Avoid overcooking to ensure crispiness.
  2. Drain and let sit for a few minutes to allow excess water to steam off.
  3. Toss the pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and optional Italian seasoning until every piece is coated.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (or 360°F if your fryer runs hot).
  2. Air fry the pasta in a single layer for about 8 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket once or twice.
  3. When golden and crisp, remove from the fryer and sprinkle with extra Parmesan while hot.

Notes
