Ingredients
  

Bread Base
  • 1 loaf Baguette, Italian loaf, or hoagie rolls Use day-old bread for best results.
Garlic Butter Spread
  • 1/2 cup Butter, softened Can use salted or unsalted butter.
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced Fresh garlic is preferred.
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley, chopped Optional, for garnish.
Cheese Toppings
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded Pre-shredded saves time.
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Adds flavor and texture.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice your bread thickly to hold the cheesy goodness.
  2. Mash garlic into the softened butter and mix in parsley.
  3. Spread the garlic butter mix evenly over each slice of bread.
  4. Heap mozzarella cheese on top, then sprinkle with Parmesan.
Cooking
  1. Place the bread slices in the air fryer, avoiding overcrowding.
  2. Cook at 360°F (182°C) for 3-5 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  3. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For variations, try adding crushed red pepper for heat or using different types of cheese. Can be made ahead and refrigerated before cooking. Store leftovers in a sealed bag in the fridge and reheat in the air fryer for best results.
