Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef Lean ground beef recommended to reduce greasiness.
  • 4 oz bacon Cooked and chopped.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder For the garlic parmesan topping.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Best if using cubes instead of shredded.
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough Can also use pizza or crescent dough.
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese For sprinkling on top.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in chopped bacon and season with garlic powder.
  4. Let the filling cool down for about 10 minutes.
Assembly
  1. Roll out each biscuit to create a wider circle.
  2. Place a spoonful of the beef and bacon mixture in the center, topped with a cheese cube.
  3. Wrap the dough around the filling and pinch the seams tightly to seal.
  4. Place the bombs seam side down on a baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Brush the tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 14-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

These cheeseburger bombs can be made ahead of time and refrigerated for up to 12 hours. They also freeze well and can be baked from frozen with additional cooking time.
