Ingredients
  

Fudge Base
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips Use a brand you like the taste of.
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk Ensure it's sweetened condensed milk, not evaporated milk.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Regular vanilla extract is perfect.
  • 1 pinch salt Helps balance the sweetness.
  • 3 drops gel food coloring Use yellow and orange for coloring the layers.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in short bursts, stirring until smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla and a pinch of salt.
  4. Divide the fudge mixture into three bowls.
  5. Color one bowl with yellow gel food coloring, one with orange, and leave one bowl white.
Layering
  1. Spread the yellow layer in the pan and chill for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Add the orange layer on top, chill again for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Spread the white layer on top.
Chill and Serve
  1. Refrigerate until firm, then lift out using the parchment and cut into small squares.

Notes

For a fun twist, you can add Halloween sprinkles on top right after spreading the last layer or include mini marshmallows in the orange layer. Serve with coffee for a delightful treat.
