  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it is well-softened for a smooth mixture.
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff (or marshmallow creme)
  • 1 cup whipped topping, thawed (or homemade whipped cream if preferred) Gently fold in to keep it airy.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt A tiny pinch helps enhance flavor.
  • 1 to 1.5 cups crushed Cadbury Mini Eggs, plus extra for topping Crush in a zip-top bag with a rolling pin.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it is smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the marshmallow fluff, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Beat again until glossy and evenly mixed.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping using a spatula to maintain the light, fluffy texture.
  4. Fold in most of the crushed Cadbury Mini Eggs, reserving some for topping.
  5. Spoon the dip into a serving bowl, sprinkle the reserved candy on top, and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

This dip can be made up to 24 hours ahead. Store covered in the fridge, adding the final candy topping just before serving. Best served with pretzels, graham crackers, and fresh fruit for an ideal sweet-salty combo.
