Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grab a baking dish.
- In a bowl, stir together the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch or blue cheese dressing until well mixed.
- Fold in the shredded chicken and most of the shredded cheese.
- Spread the mixture into the baking dish and top with the remaining shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly. For a browned top, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes, watching closely.
Notes
You can prepare this dip a day ahead and refrigerate. Reheat before serving. Store leftovers in a sealed container and reheat when needed. Keep warm in a slow cooker if serving in a large gathering.
