Preparation
- Set your oven to 450°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Optionally spray the parchment with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt until smooth.
- Toss cauliflower florets in the batter until well coated and let excess batter drip off.
Baking
- Arrange the cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, flip each piece of cauliflower and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until browned and crisp.
- While baking, mix buffalo sauce with melted butter in a bowl.
- Remove cauliflower from the oven, toss gently in the buffalo sauce, then return to the oven for 8 to 10 minutes to set the sauce.
Notes
Best served hot right from the oven. For extra crunch, consider double baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
