- Beat the cream cheese until fluffy using a hand mixer or spatula.
- Add peanut butter and mix until fully combined, making sure to scrape the bowl.
- Sprinkle in the powdered sugar in stages, starting with 1 cup, and add more to taste until you achieve a thick, creamy, scoopable consistency.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips, reserving a handful for topping.
- Serve immediately or chill for 15 to 30 minutes for a firmer texture.
Notes
For best results, bring the cream cheese to room temperature to avoid lumps. Store leftovers in a covered container in the fridge for 4 to 5 days. Let it sit out for 10 to 15 minutes before serving if it firms up. Can freeze but may change texture.
