Ingredients
  

Brownie Base
  • 1 box Brownie mix Use your favorite boxed mix or a homemade recipe.
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Oil
  • 1/4 cup Water
Peanut Butter Layer
  • 1 cup Creamy peanut butter Creamy works best for a smooth layer.
  • 1/2 cup Softened butter For the peanut butter layer.
  • 2 cups Powdered sugar Makes the layer firm enough to slice.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Optional, for flavor.
  • 1 pinch Salt Enhances flavor.
Chocolate Topping
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips Melted for the topping.
  • 1 tablespoon Oil or butter Helps chocolate melt smoothly.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven and prepare the brownie batter in a lined pan.
  2. Bake brownies and let them cool completely.
Peanut Butter Layer
  1. Mix peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla in a bowl until thick and spreadable.
  2. Spread the peanut butter mixture over cooled brownies.
Chocolate Topping
  1. Melt chocolate chips with oil or butter until smooth.
  2. Pour melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and tilt the pan to cover.
Chilling
  1. Chill the brownies until the chocolate is set, about 45 to 90 minutes.
  2. Slice with a sharp knife for clean pieces.

Notes

Make sure to cool the brownies completely before adding the peanut butter layer to prevent it from melting.
