- Spread the peanut butter mixture over cooled brownies.
Chocolate Topping
- Melt chocolate chips with oil or butter until smooth.
- Pour melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and tilt the pan to cover.
Chilling
- Chill the brownies until the chocolate is set, about 45 to 90 minutes.
- Slice with a sharp knife for clean pieces.
