  • 2 cups Powdered sugar For structure and sweetness.
  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs For that soft bite.
For the Chocolate Topping
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips Semi-sweet or dark depending on your mood.
  • 1 tablespoon Oil or butter (optional) Helps in achieving a smoother chocolate topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line your pan (8x8 or 9x9) with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a big bowl, mix melted butter and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Stir in powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs until it forms a thick dough.
  4. Press the mixture into your lined pan firmly and evenly.
Chocolate Topping
  1. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts, stirring in between.
  2. If desired, add oil or butter to the melted chocolate for a smoother texture.
  3. Spread the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer, reaching the edges.
Chill and Serve
  1. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 to 2 hours until firm.
  2. Let the bars sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before slicing for clean cuts.
  3. Slice into squares and serve.

Store in a sealed container in the fridge for best results. For softer bites, let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes before enjoying.
