Ingredients
  

For the vanilla base
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips For the vanilla style base
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk This is the magic for creamy texture
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Don’t skip it, it makes it taste like real custard flavor
  • 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix Helps give that Boston cream filling vibe
  • a pinch salt Balances the sweetness
For the chocolate top layer
  • 1 cup milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips For the chocolate topping
  • 2 tablespoons butter To make the chocolate layer glossy and sliceable

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk on low heat.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and instant vanilla pudding mix until smooth.
  4. Spread the vanilla mixture into the lined pan and chill in the fridge until set, about 20-30 minutes.
Chocolate Layer
  1. Melt the chocolate chips with butter on low heat.
  2. Once melted, spread the chocolate mixture over the set vanilla layer.
  3. Chill again until fully set, about 30 minutes.
  4. Use a warm knife to slice the fudge into squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. You can freeze them too. Let them sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before eating for the best texture.
