Preparation
- Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the white chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk on low heat.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and instant vanilla pudding mix until smooth.
- Spread the vanilla mixture into the lined pan and chill in the fridge until set, about 20-30 minutes.
Chocolate Layer
- Melt the chocolate chips with butter on low heat.
- Once melted, spread the chocolate mixture over the set vanilla layer.
- Chill again until fully set, about 30 minutes.
- Use a warm knife to slice the fudge into squares.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. You can freeze them too. Let them sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before eating for the best texture.
