- Start by drying the baby spinach well in a large bowl.
- Add the sliced peaches into the bowl.
- Toss in the rinsed and dried blueberries.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta over the salad.
- Add the toasted pecans or almonds for crunch.
- Prepare the dressing by mixing all dressing ingredients in a jar, shake until creamy and combined.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving and toss gently.
