Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350 F.
- Slice the whole sheet of slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with salt, pepper, and any extra seasonings you prefer. Drain off any excess grease.
- Spread the cooked beef evenly over the bottom buns and press down for an even layer.
- Add cheese slices on top of the beef, overlapping them for maximum coverage.
- Place the top half of the buns on.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are lightly golden.
- Let the sliders sit for 3 minutes before slicing into individual sliders.
Assembly
- Open each slider and add shredded lettuce, pickle slices, onion (if using), and a spoon of the secret sauce.
Notes
Let the sauce sit in the fridge for at least 15 minutes before using to develop the flavor. Store leftover sliders in an airtight container for up to 3 days, keeping toppings separate to maintain freshness.
