  • 1 stick stick of salami Regular or turkey salami can be used.
  • 3 tablespoons honey or brown sugar For a sticky finish.
  • to taste mustard Spicy brown mustard is recommended.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Slice the salami about a quarter-inch thick.
  3. Arrange the slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Toss the salami slices with honey or brown sugar and a splash of mustard.
Cooking
  1. Bake the salami in the oven for 15 minutes.
  2. Flip the salami slices and bake for another 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately while still warm.

Notes

For an alternate method, use a toaster oven or air fryer, adjusting cooking time to about 10 minutes. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to four days and reheat in a hot oven.
