Preparation
- Heat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Pat the chicken dry and lay it in the dish. Sprinkle ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper over both sides.
- Mix Greek yogurt (or mayo) with a little extra ranch seasoning. Spread it over the top of the chicken.
- Add shredded cheese on top.
Cooking
- Bake until the chicken is cooked through, about 22 to 28 minutes, or until reaching 165°F (74°C) in the thickest part.
- Sprinkle the cooked crumbled bacon on top. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes if you want the cheese bubbly.
- Top with green onions and let the dish rest for 5 minutes before serving.
