  • 1 piece ripe avocado Choose a ripe avocado that is not brown inside.
  • 1-2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt Optional, for extra creaminess.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice Keeps the avocado bright and fresh.
  • 1 small celery stalk, finely chopped Adds crunch.
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped Optional, skip if preferred.
  • to taste salt and pepper Season as desired.
  • to taste Dijon mustard, garlic powder, chili flakes Optional for extra flavor.

Preparation
  1. Smash the avocado in a bowl.
  2. Stir in the lemon or lime juice and seasonings.
  3. Fold in the shredded chicken and crunchy ingredients (like celery and red onion).
  4. Prepare the tortillas by warming them for about 10 seconds to prevent cracking.
Assembly
  1. Start with a layer of lettuce or a dry barrier on the tortilla.
  2. Add a generous serving of the chicken salad filling.
  3. Top with additional crunchy ingredients if desired.
  4. Wrap tightly and enjoy!

Notes
