  • 2-3 pounds boneless turkey breast Size may vary based on serving needs.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For rubbing on turkey.
  • 1 teaspoon salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Optional seasoning.
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika Optional for added flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the turkey breast and rub in the spices.
  3. Let the turkey sit at room temperature for a short while.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Place the turkey breast skin side down in the air fryer.
  3. Cook for 25 minutes.
  4. Flip the turkey breast and cook for another 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  5. Let the turkey rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Cool the turkey before storing leftovers. Refrigerate for 3-4 days or freeze for longer storage. Reheat in the microwave with a splash of broth.
