Preparation
- Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
- Drizzle olive oil over the turkey breast and rub in the spices.
- Let the turkey sit at room temperature for a short while.
Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes.
- Place the turkey breast skin side down in the air fryer.
- Cook for 25 minutes.
- Flip the turkey breast and cook for another 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Cool the turkey before storing leftovers. Refrigerate for 3-4 days or freeze for longer storage. Reheat in the microwave with a splash of broth.
