Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer at 400°F (200°C).
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with lightly beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne.
- Take pickles from the jar and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Coating
- Dip each pickle in the flour, then into the egg, and finally coat with the panko mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Arrange the coated pickles in a single, non-overlapping layer in the air fryer basket.
Cooking
- Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crunchy.
- For extra crispiness, add an extra minute or two.
Notes
Serve with ranch dip or blue cheese dressing. For a fun twist, add these on top of burgers or BBQ sandwiches. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and reheat in the air fryer for optimal crispness.
