Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer at 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with lightly beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne.
  3. Take pickles from the jar and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Coating
  1. Dip each pickle in the flour, then into the egg, and finally coat with the panko mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
  2. Arrange the coated pickles in a single, non-overlapping layer in the air fryer basket.
Cooking
  1. Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crunchy.
  2. For extra crispiness, add an extra minute or two.

Notes

Serve with ranch dip or blue cheese dressing. For a fun twist, add these on top of burgers or BBQ sandwiches. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and reheat in the air fryer for optimal crispness.
