Cooking

- Place the chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd.
- Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray if desired for a golden color.
- Cook for about 9 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
