  • 1 cup mini marshmallows or white candy circles For the snowman faces.
Decorative Elements
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or black sprinkles For the eyes.

  • 1/4 cup red and green sprinkles For the scarves.
  • optional fruit leather cut into tiny pieces For the scarf decoration.
Optional Toppings
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut For an extra snowy touch.
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint For additional flavor.

Method

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the white chocolate slowly, stirring often, until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment and spread into an even layer, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. While the chocolate is soft, place mini marshmallows or candy circles where you want the snowman faces.
  5. Add eyes using mini chocolate chips or black sprinkles.
  6. Add a nose with an orange sprinkle, candy pearl, or a small amount of orange frosting.
  7. Make a scarf using red and green sprinkles or thin strips of fruit leather.
  8. Allow the chocolate to set completely before breaking it into pieces around the faces.

Notes

Store the bark in an airtight container for 1 to 2 weeks, keeping it cool and dry. If decorated with marshmallows, ensure it's sealed to keep them soft. Avoid humidity as it can make the surface tacky.
